Module 1. Building Information Modeling
This half-day module covers the fundamentals of Building Information Modeling (BIM), BIM Design Tools, Architecture BIM, Structure BIM, Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing (MEP) BIM, etc. The course designed for professionals, faculty and students from building & construction, architecture, and civil engineering will be conducted by experienced BIM architect and specialist.
Module 2. Scan To BIM
This half-day module will start with the background and motivation of Scan To BIM technology. This will be followed by the current industrial practice of manual Scan To BIM, and Scan to Mesh solutions. The intelligent and automatic Scan to BIM conversion will then be introduced. As-built BIM and as-designed BIM will be compared from an perspective of industrial applications such as smart factory, smart construction, etc.
This module will be conducted by leading professionals from BIM industry and academia.
Module 3. BIM-based Smart Facility Management

This module will first share the evolution of Maintenance Operation, followed by a brief introduction of artificial intelligence, and a detail discussion on predictive maintenance.
